HVACR & Liquid Cooling System Architect Jabil's Energy & Infrastructure (E&I) division is seeking an experienced HVACR & Liquid Cooling System Architect to help shape next-generation cooling solutions. In this highly visible role, you'll partner with business units and global customers to define, architect, and industrialize advanced cooling technologies, including HVAC, chillers, coolant distribution units (CDUs), and liquid-cooling systems, while leveraging Jabil's global manufacturing footprint.

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Energy, ME/EE/Thermal engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in all relevant HVACR domains (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration) and related product development (heat pumps, chillers, CDU, refrigerant systems, …)
  • 5+ years of experience in liquid-cooling systems
  • 5+ years of experience in system architecture and platform leadership
  • Strong customer-facing communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Experience collaborating across global teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • ASHRAE certification is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate technical expertise in HVACR market domains and liquid-cooling systems
  • Translate customer and market needs into scalable, manufacturable, and energy-efficient solutions. Lead system architecture & requirements definition.
  • Drive technical feasibility studies, system trade-offs, and performance optimization across cost, reliability, efficiency, and schedule.
  • Partner with customers, Sales, and Business Units to develop technical solutions supporting strategic growth opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional design reviews across mechanical, thermal, controls, electrical, manufacturing, and quality teams.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, safety requirements, and energy-efficiency targets.
  • Support manufacturing readiness, supply chain strategy, and product industrialization from concept through production.
