About The Position

The essential functions of the Lead Install Technician are to serve the customers of the company by installing heating and air conditioning systems with an emphasis on quality installations performed efficiently and following all applicable local and national codes. Requirements

EPA certified is preferred
An upbeat attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication skills with customers and coworkers
Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major traffic incidents
Able to pass a drug and background check
2-3 years of experience.
HVAC Installation: At least 2 years(Required)

Responsibilities

Install residential (Heat Pumps, AC's, Furnaces & Mini-splits).
Knowledge of duct sizing principles and ductwork technique and able to replace ductwork from plans.
Complete required checklists.
Communicate with office staff/managers throughout the day as necessary.
Use field service app and fill out a time sheet on a phone or company provided tablet.
Install, maintain, modify and repair HVAC controls systems and associated equipment.
Ensure good quality workmanship that upholds company standards, complies with relevant codes, and follows safety requirements.
