About The Position
ACE is seeking a residential HVAC Lead Installer who is looking for a career-focused opportunity with uncapped earnings and the stability of a trusted local brand. The role involves installing residential HVAC equipment, preparing job sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and tracking work in trade software. The installer will also engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and recommend products and services.
Requirements
- 3-5 Years residential HVAC installation experience - REQUIRED
- HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
- An outstanding work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
- Professionalism, you take pride in your work and your appearance
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors.
- Willing to submit to and pass pre-employment background check and drug test
Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan
- Engage with customer/client to inform them of issue, solution and outcome; recommend products and services for optimal system performance
