About The Position
Haley Mechanical is seeking a self-motivated Residential HVAC Lead Installer with a positive attitude to join its growing Residential HVAC Technician team. The role involves installing residential HVAC equipment in accordance with safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications. Compensation is $30–$40 per hour, with a sign-on bonus of up to $8,000.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of residential HVAC lead installation experience (required).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

- HVAC degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
- Pre-measure job sites to prepare for installations.
- Properly connect and test HVAC equipment.
