We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Lead Installer Technicians to join our team. Requirements

• Strong HVAC background
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• Working knowledge of and ability to be in compliance with all state and federal HVAC codes.
• Must present a professional, well-groomed appearance
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Active listening skills
• Organizational skills
• Punctual
• Must pass national background check and drug screening
• Valid Driver's license with good driving record.
• EPA certification

Responsibilities

• Complete an accurate and thorough HVAC inspection.
• Perform all HVAC repairs and replacements to code.
• Perform any necessary electrical work associated with HVAC.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and explain all problems and options with clients.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal HVAC codes.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and inventoried service van.
