About The Position

Levine & Sons is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join their team. This role involves leading residential HVAC installations from start to finish, including furnaces, air conditioners, air handlers, and thermostats. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, enjoy leading a crew, and is looking for a company that values skilled tradespeople, offers year-round work, and respects experience. The position focuses on ensuring equipment is installed properly, safely, and up to code, testing and commissioning systems, training installation helpers, maintaining professional job sites, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Experience as a Lead Installer
• Strong knowledge of furnaces, AC systems, air handlers, and thermostats
• Ability to work independently and lead a crew
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• EPA Universal Certification
• Heat pump experience
• Duct modification experience
• ServiceTitan experience
• Experience training apprentices and junior installers

Responsibilities

• Leading residential HVAC installations from start to finish
• Installing furnaces, air conditioners, air handlers, and thermostats
• Replacing old systems and completing retrofit installations
• Ensuring equipment is installed properly, safely, and up to code
• Testing and commissioning systems before leaving the job
• Training and mentoring installation helpers
