HVAC Lead Installer
About The Position
Barker Heating & Cooling is seeking a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join their growing and dedicated installation team as an HVAC Lead Installer. This role involves installing HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications, while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The position requires staying up-to-date on current technologies and new products, pre-measuring job sites, properly connecting equipment, and documenting all calls/jobs according to company requirements. The company is a family-owned and operated business with a large business size, growth, and stability, prioritizing employees and offering significant earning potential.
Requirements
- 3-5 Years HVAC installation experience preferred
- HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
- EPA Type II Certification preferred
- Valid drivers’ license
- Ability to handle heavy equipment
- Ability to work outdoors
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have
- Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
- Properly connect equipment
- Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements
