About The Position
Air Tech of Houston is seeking a self-motivated and positive individual to join their growing installation team as an HVAC Lead Installer. This role involves installing HVAC equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction, and preparing job sites. Requirements
- 3-5 Years HVAC installation experience preferred
- HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
- Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to handle heavy equipment
- HVAC Install: 1 year (Required)
- EPA Type II
- TDLR License
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have
- Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
- Properly connect equipment
- Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
