About The Position

Hansen Super Techs is seeking a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join their growing and dedicated installation team as an HVAC Lead Installer. This role involves installing HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications, while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The position requires staying up-to-date on current technologies and new products, pre-measuring job sites, properly connecting equipment, and documenting all calls/jobs. Participation in safety training and adherence to all safety policies are also essential.

Requirements

1-5 Years HVAC installation experience preferred
HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
Ability to handle heavy equipment
1 year HVAC Install experience (Required)
Ability to commute/relocate to Mobile, AL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

EPA Type II (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field
Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have
Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
Properly connect equipment
Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements
Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
