Requirements

Strong HVAC background
Excellent problem-solving skills
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Working knowledge of and ability to be in compliance with all state and federal HVAC codes.
Must present a professional, well-groomed appearance
Positive, can-do attitude
Ability to work weekends and evenings on rotating basis
Active listening skills
Organizational skills
Punctual
Must pass national background check and drug screening
Valid Driver's license with good driving record.
EPA certification

Responsibilities

Ability to complete an accurate and thorough HVAC inspection.
Ability to perform all HVAC repairs and replacements to code, any necessary electrical work associated with HVAC, have the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and explain all problems and options with clients.
Maintain a clean, stocked and inventoried service van.
