About The Position
Lancaster Brothers has been providing heating and cooling services to residents and business owners in the greater Kansas City area since 2000. Due to sustained growth and a high demand for services, we are currently looking to add an HVAC Lead Installer at our Louisburg, Kansas location. Requirements
- HVAC experience preferred.
- Basic HVAC understanding and a strong willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated with a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Assist in duct fabrication & installation.
- Follow precise instructions and adhere to job site safety protocols.
- Help track materials and labor for each project.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
