Requirements

• 2+ Years HVAC installation experience
• Valid HVAC certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude

Responsibilities

• Install complete HVAC systems following manufacturer guidelines and local codes. Systems include air conditioners, ductless Mini splits, air handlers, furnaces, and more.
• Install and seal ductwork systems for optimal airflow and energy efficiency
• Perform system startups, testing, balancing airflow, and ensure proper operations and there are no leaks
• Troubleshoot installation issues on-site and recommend upgrades
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members to ensure all work is being completed on time
• Maintain clean, organized and safe job sites. Following all HVAC codes and industry standards.
