The role leads residential HVAC installations, mentors junior installers, and delivers dependable, high-quality work for homeowners. Requirements

Texas HVAC license or certification as required for the role.
Ability to lead installation projects and work effectively with a team.
Valid driver's license and ability to meet company motor vehicle insurance requirements to operate a company vehicle.

Nice To Haves

At least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience.

Responsibilities

Lead installation of residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers.
Mentor and work alongside installation team members to complete safe, efficient, high-quality installations.
Maintain clean, organized job sites and provide exceptional customer service.
Ensure installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes.
Operate a company vehicle as required.
