About The Position

Tri County Air Conditioning is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated installation team. Installers are paid hourly or piece rate. As an HVAC Lead Install Technician, you will install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications. You will stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field, and maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have. You will also pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation, properly connect equipment, and properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements. Participation in safety training and adherence to all safety policies and procedures is also expected.

Requirements

  • 1-5 Years HVAC installation experience required
  • HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
  • Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
  • Ability to handle heavy equipment
  • Leading Install: 1 year (Required)
  • Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • EPA Type II (Preferred)
