As a HVAC Journeyman you will act as a local on-site program and company representative to commercial customers. You will be conducting energy efficiency HVAC Maintenance Tune Ups, pre- and post-installation verifications and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. Successful candidates must live in Oklahoma for frequent travel within the territory company vehicle is provided
Requirements
- High school or GED w/relevant industry technical certification/training preferred
- Oklahoma Mechanical Journeyman License required
- EPA Type Universal License required
- Ability to work in-person in Commercial environments with HVAC Equipment
- Valid driver's license in the state you are seeking employment in, with a driving record that meets CLEAResult’s minimum safety standard
- Are at least 21 years of age
- Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record.
- Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
- If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
Responsibilities
- Travel throughout a defined territory performing A/C Tune Ups.
- Work with a team to deliver a defined number of A/C Tune-Ups per day
- Work with advanced tune-up technology, loggers, and other essential tools of the trade
- Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning and effectiveness of products
- Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues.
