We are currently looking for a skilled HVAC Journeyman to join our team and help deliver top-quality HVAC systems and services to our residential and (future) commercial customers. The HVAC Journeyman is responsible for the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial environments. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, the ability to interpret technical diagrams, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of HVAC installation experience.
  • Proficiency in reading technical documents.
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license; Ability to be insured under the company’s vehicle insurance policy.
  • Comply with OSHA safety guidelines and wear PPE as needed.
  • Report hazards and follow safe work practices.

Nice To Haves

  • EPA 608 Universal and NATE Certifications (preferred).
  • Journeyman licensing is NOT required for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Install HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to determine system layouts and specifications.
  • Conduct system testing and inspections to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and contractors to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
  • Address client questions and concerns during the installation process to provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during installations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
