About The Position
The HVAC Journeyman is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC-R) systems. This position performs preventive maintenance, responds to service requests, diagnoses mechanical and electrical issues, and ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes, customer requirements, and company standards. The ideal candidate is a skilled commercial HVAC technician with strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent customer service skills, and experience working independently in occupied commercial, institutional, healthcare, life sciences, or industrial facilities.
