About The Position
The Commercial HVAC Service Technician Journeyman performs maintenance, repairs and installation of assigned HVAC and refrigeration equipment. This includes controls, chilled water systems, boilers, package units up to 130 tons, split systems and various other mechanical, electrical and building systems in accordance with ABM client expectations and requests.
Requirements
- HVAC Journeyman certification
- Experience with commercial HVAC systems
- Knowledge of controls, chilled water systems, boilers, package units up to 130 tons, and split systems
- Ability to work in accordance with client expectations and requests
