Requirements

Must currently be a rising senior at a CTECS High School
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Responsibilities

Shadow and learn from Service teams regarding HVAC troubleshooting and repair.
Assist Maintenance teams in routine inspections, cleaning, and equipment optimization.
Gain hands-on experience in installing HVAC systems for Residential New Construction.
Work alongside professionals on Commercial Projects, learning about complex systems and design considerations.
