About The Position

HELP is seeking an experienced HVAC Insulation Technician to install attic insulation systems on residential properties. The technician uses advanced tools and ensures installations are completed correctly and efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service. The role includes following manufacturer and company installation guidelines, checking work against company and industry standards, complying with safety requirements, and keeping accurate installation and parts records. The position requires working in varied conditions, including confined spaces and at heights.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of a relevant HVAC training program or apprenticeship.
• 0–3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work in varied conditions, including confined spaces and at heights, with the physical stamina and dexterity required.

Responsibilities

• Install attic insulation systems and provide the full range of insulation services, ensuring systems function optimally.
• Follow manufacturer and company guidelines for system installation.
• Perform quality checks to ensure installed systems meet company and industry standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns professionally and courteously.
• Follow safety standards and regulations and help ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and parts used.
