Requirements
- Completion of an accredited HVAC/R program resulting in a Certificate of Completion or diploma.
- HVAC certification.
- EPA Universal certification.
- At least three years of experience as an HVAC/R Technician.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, motivated, and results-driven.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree is preferred.
- HVAC Journeyman certification is desired.
- NATE certification is desired.
- Prior higher education/postsecondary teaching experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Teach HVAC/R courses.
- Provide academic advising to students.
- Assist the program director.
- Participate in department training, meetings, and graduation.
