Gary & Sons is seeking an HVAC Installer to join their team in Falls Creek, PA. Requirements
- Previous residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of heating, cooling, refrigeration, electrical, and airflow principles.
- Experience installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, or ductless systems.
- EPA Universal Certification preferred.
- Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and confined areas.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities
- Install residential heating, air conditioning, heat pump, ductless, and indoor air quality systems.
- Replace and install furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment.
- Perform equipment startups, system testing, and final commissioning.
- Install refrigerant lines, condensate drains, gas piping, electrical connections, and ductwork as required.
- Read and interpret installation manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
- Ensure all installations comply with local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site while protecting customers' homes.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, explaining completed work and answering questions.
- Work closely with team members to complete projects on schedule.
- Accurately complete installation documentation and required paperwork.
