Requirements
- 2+ years of leading residential HVAC installations
- Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
- Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
- EPA Certification Required

Responsibilities
- Leading residential HVAC installations
- Coaching and training an apprentice
- Brazing with nitrogen
- Pulling a vacuum and recovery
- High voltage hookups
- Wiring thermostats
