About The Position

This role involves installing residential heating and air conditioning systems, replacing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment. You will also install ductwork, line sets, thermostats, ventilation components, and more, ensuring all installations meet manufacturer specifications and local codes. The position requires testing systems for proper operation, explaining basic system operation to homeowners, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized jobsite.

Requirements

• Residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
• EPA Certification.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently while being a great team player.
• Someone who believes "good enough" isn't good enough.

Responsibilities

• Install residential heating and air conditioning systems.
