About The Position

Ambitious installers can reach Lead Installer in as little as 6 months, where pay jumps to $32-$50+/hr plus a $250/week bonus. Our top Leads earn well over $50/hr. The role involves installing residential furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, and full HVAC systems, working alongside experienced Lead Installers, and completing job documentation in ServiceTitan. Requirements

• HVAC trade school graduate OR 1+ year as an installer/helper
• Comfortable with sheet metal, line sets, electrical connections, and system startup
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Strong work ethic, reliable, takes pride in quality work
• Able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check

Nice To Haves

• EPA 608 certification a plus (we'll help you get it if you don't have it)

Responsibilities

• Install residential furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, and full HVAC systems
• Work alongside experienced Lead Installers across the Milwaukee metro
• Take on more complex work as your skills grow
• Complete job documentation in ServiceTitan (photos, forms, payments)
• Build toward your own Lead Installer role on a defined timeline
