About The Position

We are seeking an Installer to install HVAC equipment in customers' homes, including furnaces, air handlers, indoor coils, UV lights, air cleaners, and dehumidifiers, working under minimum supervision. They also install outdoor coils and outdoor units and repair refrigerants, thermal expansion valves, compressors, etc. This role requires the ability to work on construction sites and in occupied spaces, and involves assessing systems to determine repair vs. replacement.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience installing.
Able to tolerate temperatures above 100 for extended periods in summer months.
Able to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
1+ years of Duct installation.
Must have prior, successful experience as an Installer in residential, construction sites, and occupied spaces.
Ability to commute to Newbury Park, CA 91320 (Required).

Nice To Haves

EPA certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Install heating, air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration equipment, and other products in residential homes.
Assemble, install, service, and repair air conditioning refrigeration ducts.
Assist crew leader with the installation of air conditioning units and furnaces.
Manage and install heating and air conditioning equipment.
Demonstrate the knowledge and ability to use all hand and power tools associated with the type of work performed.
Assess systems to determine repair vs. replacement.
Install all mechanical and HVAC equipment types and associated ductwork and components for commercial and industrial buildings.
Perform material take-offs and order necessary materials.
Receive, verify, and load all equipment and materials needed for each job.
Work safely following company policies and wear personal protective equipment.
