About The Position

We are seeking experienced HVAC installers (Level 2) to join our team. Goettl has been in business since 1939 and is committed to doing things The Right Way, Not The Easy Way®. We offer guaranteed hours, a full schedule year-round, and competitive pay. This role focuses on installation, not sales, and provides opportunities to work with experienced crews. Top performers can earn between $45K-$100K+ per year, with an hourly training rate for up to eight weeks, followed by flat rate plus commission based on productivity.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience installing residential HVAC systems.
OSHA-10 certification.
EPA Level 2 certification.
Clean driving record for the last two years.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to finishing jobs correctly.

Responsibilities

Install complete residential HVAC systems, including equipment, ductwork, and electrical components.
Remove old equipment and ensure the job site is left clean and professional.
Adhere to Goettl's picture-perfect install standard on every job.
Educate homeowners on their new system's operation before leaving the job site.
Maintain truck inventory, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
