About The Position

Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical is a growing, full-service residential plumbing, heating, air and electrical company located in NJ, PA and DE. Locally-owned and operated, our team provides homeowners in the Tri-State with 5-star residential home services, all delivered through a proven, customer-focused service system. This role involves installing HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications, wiring both line and low voltage to heating and cooling equipment, and installing copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing. The position also includes installing sheet metal and flex duct systems in residences, receiving, verifying, and loading all equipment and materials needed for each job, and providing assistance to other team members as directed by management. The Lead Installer is expected to demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with co-workers and superiors, properly fill out all paperwork required for each job, and maintain cleanliness of their assigned company vehicle. Any other assigned duties as directed by management will also be part of the role.

Requirements

2 years of HVAC experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications
Wire both line and low voltage to heating and cooling equipment
Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing
Install sheet metal and flex duct systems in residences
Receive, verify and load all equipment and materials needed for each job
Provide assistance to other team members as directed by management
Demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with co-workers and superiors
Properly fill out all paperwork required for each job
Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle
Perform any other assigned duties as directed by management
