About The Position

This role involves performing HVAC system installations using proper procedures and industry best practices. The technician will also focus on enhancing the customer experience through superior communication, aiming for customer retention and satisfaction. Collaboration with a Journeyman Lead Technician is key to ensuring a positive customer experience. The position requires staying current with industry trends, installation methods, systems, and technology. Responsibilities include assisting the Lead Technician with inventory stocking and vehicle cleaning, taking advantage of training opportunities, and obtaining HVAC licenses such as an EPA card and 06 Electrical License for future advancement. Participation in company or outside training is also expected. The job requires wearing company-provided uniforms and steel-toe work boots/shoes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Possess a C - 20 License
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Bolster the customer experience through superior communication focused on customer retention and satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with Journeyman Lead Technician, onsite and internal, to promote and ensure a 100% customer satisfaction experience.
• Remain up to date on the latest industry trends, installation methods, systems, and technology available within the market and the business.
• Assist the Lead Installation Technician in stocking inventory and cleaning of the company vehicle.
• Take advantage of training and educational opportunities as it pertains to the current position.
• Obtain HVAC Licenses such as EPA card, 06 Electrical License to prepare for future advancement.
• Participate in company or outside sources training.
