Requirements

Ability to maintain, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems
Strong customer service and communication skills
Team-oriented mindset
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Adequate personal tools

Nice To Haves

2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
EPA Certification
NATE Certification

Responsibilities

Maintain, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems
Serve customers with transparency, trust, and reliability
Complete HVAC installations efficiently
Collaborate with 2-4 technicians on jobs depending on scope
Fabricate or receive ductwork for installations
Participate in debriefs with the install manager to understand job scope, equipment, and potential surprises
Cross-train for service work when the install schedule slows down
