About The Position

The installation supervisor supports both the field and office operations. The main responsibility is to review job packets and to determine the complete Scope of Work needed to deliver the complete product as sold by the salesperson and expected by the customer. Provide clear instructions and determine proper materials to help ensure that each installation is performed in accordance with Building Code and company quality standards. The project manager understands the urgency and importance behind getting each assignment done quickly, accurately and with minimal supervision. This position requires clear communication between sales, technicians and installers.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
10 years minimum HVAC industry experience.
Basic computer skills required.
Strong knowledge of HVAC terms, operation, application, and installation.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Excellent organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Review job packets and pictures to ensure a clear understanding of job requirements.
Communicate with the salesperson to gather all needed information to fulfill the contract terms and customer expectations.
Resolve any deficiencies, inaccuracies, or other issues before the job is processed.
Resolve issues with the scope of the job, such as incorrect equipment sizing, inadequate space, or wrong equipment type sold.
Produce clear instructions within the work order for installers.
Produce a complete inventory of needed materials for the project.
Address all customer concerns and issues quickly and effectively.
Take initiative to help the team and learn all facets of company services.
Check accuracy of all jobs to prevent mistakes and save money.
Help maintain a team-oriented, clean, and safe work environment.
