About The Position

Furnasman, a division of RT Holdings Inc (Right Time Heating and Air Conditioning), is seeking an energetic, motivated, and career-minded Install Helper. This role is responsible for performing on-site installation and duct cleaning in residential homes. Requirements

1 year of recent HVAC Installation experience, with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers and water heaters, including tankless heaters.
Successful completion of a post-secondary diploma in HVAC.
A G3 or G2 Gas Fitter’s License.
Clear Criminal Record.
A valid class “G” Class Driver’s License with a clean record.
Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder.
An accountable and responsible personality, with a focus on delivering the best customer experience.
A positive, driven attitude to work hard and learn.

Nice To Haves

Other certifications such as ODP and Fall Arrest/Working from Heights are an asset.

Responsibilities

Performing on-site installation and duct cleaning in residential homes.
Completing installation, maintenance work, and commissioning of HVAC elements as per manufacturer and TSSA Standards.
Working efficiently and effectively within a team environment.
