About The Position

Dick Hill & Son, now an Ace Hardware Company, is seeking an HVAC Install Technician to join their team. Ace Hardware Home Services offers a wide range of residential maintenance and home repair services, aiming to be the best and most trusted provider of home preservation services. This role involves installing generator and related equipment, assembling and installing heating and air-conditioning units, and designing and installing HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping in residential and light commercial settings. The technician will maintain accurate logs of work performed and ensure customer satisfaction.

• A valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of US driving experience, is required for this role.
• This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

• 2+ Years Residential HVAC installation experience is preferred.
• Experience with ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal, and air flow is preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install generator and related equipment, including gas lines used in a residential and light commercial setting, successfully without supervision.
• Assemble and install heating and air-conditioning units used in homes.
• Design and install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping.
• Maintain accurate logs of all work performed.
• Ensure our reputation for superior service is maintained during all interactions with customers.
• Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned / required.
