About The Position

This position supports high-quality residential HVAC installations by assisting experienced technicians, learning on the job, and ensuring each project is completed safely and effectively. As an Install Apprentice, you will grow your skills and contribute to a successful team. Diamond is seeking a motivated HVAC Install Technician who will work under the guidance of experienced installers to help complete residential and light commercial HVAC installations. We are looking for someone who is 1-2 years in their apprentice program.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years exp in apprentice school program
• Desire to pursue an HVAC career
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation of HVAC systems including ductwork, furnaces, air conditioners, and thermostats.
• Load/unload materials and prepare job sites.
• Follow instructions and safety guidelines on each project.
• Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Learn and apply industry best practices and installation codes.
• Support senior technicians with tools, measurements, and equipment setup.
