About The Position
Bailey’s Comfort Services is looking for an HVAC Installer to join their team in Augusta. This Lead Installer role is a rare opportunity to join one of the top heating and air companies in the Augusta market. For the right candidate, we are offering a sign-on bonus of $2,000 to qualified candidates! Our installers play a key role in delivering a great customer experience by making sure every system is installed properly, safely, and efficiently.
Requirements
- 1+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
- EPA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work with tools, equipment, and materials safely
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Positive attitude and pride in your work
Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems, including split systems, furnaces, air handlers, and heat pumps
- Replace existing systems and complete full system change-outs
- Work with ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical components
- Ensure all installations meet code requirements and manufacturer specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
