About The Position
Bailey’s Comfort Services is looking for an HVAC Installer to join their team in Augusta. This role involves installing residential HVAC systems, replacing existing systems, and working with various components. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, is a team player, and takes pride in their work. This is a Lead Installer role with a sign-on bonus of $2,000 for qualified candidates. Installers are crucial in ensuring a great customer experience through proper, safe, and efficient system installations.
Requirements
- 1+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
- EPA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work with tools, equipment, and materials safely
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Positive attitude and pride in your work
Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems, including split systems, furnaces, air handlers, and heat pumps
- Replace existing systems and complete full system change-outs
- Work with ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical components
- Ensure all installations meet code requirements and manufacturer specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
