About The Position

We offer flexible schedules that fit your life with no on-call and no mandatory weekends. Overtime is available on a volunteer basis, and we provide year-round work. We are looking for technicians to fill various shifts, including alternating 5/4 schedules with three-day weekends and four ten-hour shifts with three days off. We will customize your shift with you. We also provide a fully stocked warehouse with parts runners, new clean fully stocked trucks, on-site support and training, bonus incentives, and career advancement opportunities.

Requirements

Experienced HVAC Install Technician
Ability to work flexible schedules.
Willingness to work overtime on a volunteer basis.
