About The Position
WeCare, A/C, Plumbing, & Electrical Services is looking for an HVAC Installation Technician Lead to join our growing team in Fort Walton, Pensacola, and Panama City, FL. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service and offers flexible scheduling options, including nights and weekends. The position is full-time with year-round work.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Certified HVAC Installation Technician in residential and commercial settings.
- Must have EPA 608 Universal certification.
- Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check.
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
- Ability to perform physical tasks required for HVAC installation, with reasonable accommodations available.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.

- Work flexible schedules including nights and weekends.
