Requirements

3–5 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience.
2+ years of experience supervising or leading field technicians.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and safety protocols.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with mobile scheduling systems, ServiceTitan is a plus.
Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate field personnel.
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
Complete a satisfactory criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily installation activities and technician teams.
Monitor workflow to ensure installations meet quality standards.
Manage tools, inventory, and job-site logistics effectively.
Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
Collaborate with Sales, Dispatch, and Customer Service to optimize operations.
Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to installation technicians.
Conduct performance reviews and assist HR with staffing needs.
Keep track of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and take any necessary corrective actions when needed.
Manage and resolve customer escalations and issues.
