Requirements

Proven success leading HVAC installation teams in a residential service environment.
Strong leadership experience with a track record of building high-performing teams.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of HVAC installation practices, safety regulations, and local code requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and develop an elite team of HVAC Installation Technicians.
Create a culture built on accountability, professionalism, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.
Coach technicians in both technical excellence and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Ensure every installation is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Conduct ride-alongs, field coaching, quality inspections, and performance reviews to elevate individual and team performance.
Set clear expectations and hold your team accountable for results.
Partner with Sales, Installation Coordinators, Warehouse, Fabrication, and Operations to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure every job is fully prepared with the right equipment, materials, permits, and resources before technicians arrive on site.
Monitor labor productivity, installation quality, job costs, and departmental performance to drive profitability.
Resolve challenges quickly and professionally while protecting both the customer experience and company reputation.
Lead daily huddles, weekly meetings, and one-on-one coaching sessions that motivate your team to perform at their best.
Develop future leaders by mentoring technicians and creating clear paths for career growth.
Continuously improve systems, processes, and workflows to increase efficiency and deliver exceptional results.
