You will be responsible for installing new/replacement equipment and providing excellent customer service to residential and commercial heating and air conditioning.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of HVAC Installation experience
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, electrical components, and airflow principles
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals
  • EPA Certification
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the installation of HVAC equipment including furnaces, heat pumps, condensers, air handlers, mini-splits, ductwork, thermostats, and ventilation systems.
  • Inspect job sites, review project plans, and ensure materials and equipment are prepared before installation
  • Train, guide and supervise install helpers, delegating tasks and ensuring proper workmanship
  • Communicate with customers regarding installation progress, system operation, and maintenance requirements
  • Perform start-ups, testing, and system commissioning to verify correct operation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues on-site
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and manufacturer guidelines
  • Maintain accurate documentation of installations, materials used, and project notes
  • Collaborate with office staff, estimators, and project managers for scheduling and workflow
  • Ensure job sites are clean, safe and organized
