Hobaica Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Lead to install HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. The role involves using advanced tools to complete installations correctly and efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service. The position requires following manufacturer and company installation guidelines, verifying system quality, complying with safety standards and regulations, and maintaining accurate installation and parts records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of a relevant HVAC training program or apprenticeship.
• At least 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
• Valid HVAC technician license.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong technical knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and at heights.
• Physical stamina and dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems and perform the full range of HVAC installation services, ensuring systems function optimally.
• Follow manufacturer and company guidelines for system installation.
• Perform quality checks to ensure installed systems meet company and industry standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns professionally and courteously.
• Follow safety standards and regulations and help ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and parts used.
