HVAC Install Lead
About The Position
As a HVAC Install Lead for DEAR Services, you will have the opportunity to work with your hands and have engaging conversations with clients doing installations. Work one-on-one with our residential HVAC clients to install customized solutions ranging from a variety of HVAC equipment that fit our clients' needs, wants, and budget while showing off your craftsmanship! Requirements
- Proven track record of successful HVAC and ductwork installation or service.
- 3+ years of Residential HVAC Service Experience.
- Knowledge of HVAC products and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel to customer locations as needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with a variety of residential HVAC systems, hand/power tools, and trade knowledge.
- Comfortable communicating with customers in all types of circumstances.
- Positive attitude.
- Hard working.
- Reliable.
- Valid WA State driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must provide own tools.
- Must be comfortable operating in small spaces (ex. crawl spaces and attics).
Responsibilities
- Install customized HVAC solutions for residential clients.
