About The Position

Frederick Air Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an entry-level HVAC Residential Install Helper in Frederick, MD. This job would be ideal for a self-motivated individual who is customer service-oriented and eager to expand their trade knowledge. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Valid driver’s license / clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Experience or education in HVAC or related industry preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Assist with installations of Water heaters, PV Water Heaters, Humidifiers, Dryer Vents, and Dehumidifiers.
Interact with homeowners to educate, understand, and address their HVAC concerns.
Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.
Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
Follows all safety procedures, including following all safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles.
Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as appropriate.
