Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Must successfully complete our screening process, which includes assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screens.
- Comfortable working with tools.
- Able to handle physical work.
- Open to working indoors and outdoors in various conditions.
- Clear communication.
- Flexibility.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Working in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces.
- Climbing ladders.
- Prolonged standing and bending.
- Working in varying weather conditions.
Nice To Haves
- Previous HVAC, construction, or mechanical experience is helpful but not required.
- Desire to grow within the trade.
Responsibilities
- Assist with residential HVAC installations, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment.
- Prepare job sites for installation.
- Handle tools and materials.
- Learn proper installation techniques, safety standards, and best practices.
