They are seeking a dedicated HVAC Install Helper who values craftsmanship and customer respect.

Requirements

• Clean driving record and a valid license.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with homeowners and Team Leads.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks including 50+ lb lifts, working on ladders, and in tight spaces.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat and cold).
• 1 or more years of experience in residential HVAC is ideal, but a strong attitude and basic hands-on skills are also valued.

Responsibilities

• Performing high-quality installations of new HVAC systems in residential homes.
• Assisting in loading trucks with the right tools and gear.
• Working with Install Lead Technicians to complete the daily schedule.
• Treating every client’s home with respect.
