About The Position
Moncrief Heating & Air Conditioning, the oldest HVAC company in Atlanta serving the area since 1898, is now part of the Ace Hardware Home Services family. We continue to provide exceptional HVAC and plumbing services with the same trusted team, now enhanced by the resources of Ace Hardware. This role involves working under a Lead HVAC Installer, assisting with troubleshooting, maintaining work logs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and completing special projects.
Requirements
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license for at least three (3) continuous years immediately preceding today’s date
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have driver’s license with clean record
- Positive attitude, exceptional people skills, professional appearance and behavior, and a desire to be your best
- Able to cultivate relationships with customers
- Strong work ethic: reliable, dependable, punctual
- This position requires driving a company vehicle and meeting company motor vehicle and insurance eligibility requirements
Nice To Haves
- 1 year Residential HVAC Service experience is preferred, but not required
- Experience with ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal, and air flow is preferred
- HVAC EPA Certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Work directly under the supervision of a qualified Lead HVAC Installer
- Assist with any and all trouble shooting
- Maintain accurate logs of all work performed
- Ensure our reputation for superior service is maintained during all interactions with customers
- Complete special projects as assigned
