Requirements

Basic HVAC knowledge (required)
Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods
Physical dexterity to perform hands-on work safely and efficiently
Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record (required)
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test (required)

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Installation Department to ensure timely and accurate HVAC installations
Provide excellent customer service, listen to customer concerns, and proactively solve problems
Analyze work orders, follow daily schedules, and complete jobs according to company standards
Request necessary parts and equipment for each job and ensure the truck is properly loaded
Document work performed in accordance with company procedures
Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards
Represent the company professionally with a positive attitude and appearance
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
