Requirements
- 1–3 years of HVAC maintenance, service, or installation experience
- Strong interest in growing your HVAC career and customer service skills
- Willingness to invest in personal tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow directions (verbal and written)
- Positive, professional attitude
- Willingness to learn and take direction from technicians and supervisors
- Basic safety awareness when working with tools and job sites
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and on rooftops
- Able to safely use ladders and basic tools
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (with assistance)
- Basic skills such as reading a tape measure
Nice To Haves
- HVAC trade school certification
- EPA Universal Certification
Responsibilities
- Work under the guidance of a Lead HVAC Technician
- Assist with troubleshooting, maintenance, and basic repairs
- Keep accurate records of work completed
- Deliver a positive, professional experience to every customer
- Support the team with day-to-day tasks and special projects as needed
