Requirements
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong work ethic and decision-making skills
- Commitment to integrity and customer satisfaction
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications
- Learn and apply basic electrical concepts related to HVAC systems
- Assist with installing copper refrigerant lines (including soldering and brazing)
- Install sheet metal and flex duct systems in residential homes
- Support safe and proper gas line connections to heating equipment
